Approach

Our approach

A well-run engagement isn't measured by the thickness of the report.

It's measured by what changes — lastingly — in the organisation that trusted us.

Phase 01

Diagnosis & scoping

Before proposing anything, we listen. Really listen. We meet with teams, read the documents gathering dust in drawers, and ask uncomfortable questions. Because a problem that's poorly framed produces useless solutions — and we've seen too many studies commissioned on a wrong initial hypothesis.

This phase is our investment in everything that follows. The more solid the scoping, the less time we lose course-correcting along the way.

Qualitative & quantitative diagnostics · Objective-setting
Phase 02

Design & implementation

We don't pull solutions off a shelf. We build them with you — with your frontline teams, your real constraints, your timelines and your institutional context. An action plan imposed from the outside won't survive the first unexpected turn. One that was co-built will.

This phase is often the most demanding. It's also where the essential question gets answered: do the people who will have to carry this project forward truly feel ownership of it?

Solution proposals · Tailored action plan
Phase 03

Deployment & capitalisation

We don't leave when the deliverable is handed over. We stay until the landing is complete — team training, in-flight adjustments, tool transfer. The goal is not for you to need us indefinitely. It's exactly the opposite.

What we leave behind must work without us.

Deployment support · Monitoring & results evaluation
Five guiding principles

They shape how we work on every engagement, whatever its nature or scale.

Participatory

No recommendation is written without first hearing from those who will have to implement it. Not as a principle — because the best ideas often come from inside.

Inclusive

Being consulted and being empowered are not the same thing. We work with all stakeholders so that each person feels ownership over a piece of the outcome.

Multidimensional

What blocks an agricultural reform may be institutional, not technical. We always keep the economic, social, environmental and regulatory dimensions within the same analytical frame.

Adaptive

No project unfolds exactly as planned. Our method is built for that — we adjust the plan, not the objectives.

Operational

A good recommendation that cannot be implemented is not a good recommendation. Everything we produce is grounded in the applicable institutional and regulatory framework.

Every project has its own constraints, its own unknowns.

If you'd like to talk it through, we're here. Not to sell you a methodology — but to understand your situation and explore together how we can be useful.
